About the Event
In Germany, referred to as Masskrugstemmen, the Stein Hoist is a traditional game that tests your strength. Competitors must hold a full liter stein out in front of their bodies for as long as possible without breaking form.
We will host our Stein Hoisting Competition on Thursday, September 23 at 7:00 p.m. Enjoy a free concert by Lance Biddle & The 301 Travelers from 6 - 9 p.m.* and participate in our Stein Hoisting Competition for a chance to win a gift card to The Canopy Bistro + Bar. The competition is $15 to enter and includes a novelty Hofbrau stein (yours to keep) full of Hofbrau Original beer. The compeition will be split into male and female divisions.**
*This event is free to attend and spectate, but you must pay an entry fee to participate in the Stein Hoisting Competition.
**PLEASE RSVP ONLY IF YOU PLAN TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STEIN HOISTING COMPETITION. Please plan to pay the entry fee for the competition on the day of the event.
